Poetry For Our Time

Poetry heals the wounds inflicted by reason. -Novalis

Haha Just for fun=)

Sparkling lights and satellites

Oh how they appear to me tonight

They give me such and appetite to endite

Fleeing my fright of this snakebite  with their light

The starlight reflects off this stalagmite

The glowing granite appears in cyanite

Night after night never to blight

Higher than Marry Poppins’ kite  in flight

With such ambiguous might

Yes indeed it’s quite a sight

In fact it over excites

That bright white light

Invites me to the twilight
